You’ll manage sales conversations, assist with AT&T phone upgrades, and keep the experience organized. The Entry Level Customer Relations Associate will keep the sales process steady, the expectations realistic, and the household mobile setup functioning like it’s supposed to.
As an Entry Level Customer Relations Associate, you receive coaching and training to master sales while helping families navigate AT&T mobile devices and plans. The Entry Level Customer Relations Associate will deliver sales insight, sales confidence, and sales results, without sounding like a brochure.
Core Functions of the Customer Relations Associate
- Lead face‑to‑face sales conversations with Garden Grove households, introducing AT&T’s 5G cell phones as the modern solution for everyday communication.
- Conduct personalized mobile consultations, qualify client needs, and recommend sales packages that fit family lifestyles.
- Deliver engaging sales demonstrations that highlight the benefits of upgrading to AT&T’s latest smartphones.
- Focus on meeting daily and weekly sales targets, ensuring consistent territory growth.
- Track client feedback to identify upsell opportunities and improve sales performance.
- Expand market share by converting initial sales into long‑term account growth.
Education & Experience Needed for the Customer Relations Associate
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in sales or customer support is a plus
