Overview
Agrippon is a HIPAA-compliant workspace that enables dental office and billing teams to create, track, and assign tasks related to (RCM) revenue cycle management. With detailed reporting and analytics, it empowers management to identify revenue leaks while providing transparency to leadership. We are looking to add experienced dental professionals to our team. This is a salary plus commission role.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with dental professionals in your local area through phone, in-person, and social media interactions.
- Schedule product demos utilizing Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, etc.), professional marketing resources, and social media.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop presentations unique to the client's current processes, opportunities, and structure.
- Deliver insightful, customer-focused product demos showcasing how Agrippon identifies revenue leaks and supports process development.
- Contact inbound leads in effort to complete needs evaluations, schedule product demos and secure new business.
- Partner with internal and external marketing resources to develop sales tools designed around your style and delivery.
Experience
- Proven success in dental industry management related to billing, insurance, office, finance, or similar roles supporting the ability to communicate effectively with decision makers.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills related to collaboration, presentation, and negotiation.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate oneself, maintain a calendar of events, and keep proper documentation of client communication and data.
- It is a plus if you come with a book of business related to the dental industry.
Pay: From $1,000.00 per month
