You’ll help customers navigate wireless services, enroll in new plans, resolve account inquiries, and guide them through service options, all while building real-world sales and communication skills from day one.
What You’ll Do as a Entry Level Team Member:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries about products, services, plans, and billing, all with the client in person
- Guide customers through enrollment and activation, helping them make informed decisions
- Actively listen to pinpoint customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow company policies and standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Identify opportunities for improvement and share ideas with the team and management
