Outside Sales Representative
We are looking for motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will visit farms, golf courses, landscaping companies, and other commercial properties to introduce and sell an innovative soil treatment solution that helps improve soil health and plant growth. You will generate leads, build relationships with decision-makers, conduct product presentations, and close sales. This is a performance-driven opportunity with uncapped earning potential, ideal for self-motivated individuals who enjoy working independently and meeting new people. Sales training and product education will be provided.

Preferred Experience
- Previous outside sales, B2B sales, or commission-based sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience in agriculture, landscaping, golf course management, construction, pest control, solar, roofing, or other field sales is a plus.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals is highly valued.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
