About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead the sales team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service.
- Assist in leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team to achieve sales goals.
- Help increase store sales and improve the overall customer experience.
- Maintain store appearance, merchandising, and operational standards.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Monitor inventory, sales performance, and store activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of retail leadership experience (Assistant Store Manager, Store Supervisor, or similar).
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Sales-driven with the ability to motivate a team.
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus.
- Home furnishing or lifestyle retail experience is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
