Accurate Auto Group is hiring experienced Master and A-Level Automotive Technicians for our Lake Havasu City, Kingman, and Parker locations.
We offer steady work, proven systems, modern equipment and Service Advisors who know how to communicate value and sell needed repairs. You can focus on diagnosing vehicles, completing quality repairs and producing at a high level without working weekends or dealing with unnecessary shop chaos.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Current top-level technicians typically earn $100,000–$150,000 annually
- Monday–Friday schedule
- No weekends
- Clean, organized and air-conditioned shops

Compensation is based on experience, skill level and productivity.

YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE
- Five or more years of professional automotive repair experience
- Master, A-Level or equivalent demonstrated repair abilities
- Strong diagnostic and electrical skills
- Experience with engine, drivetrain, suspension, steering, brake and HVAC repairs
- ASE certifications or equivalent industry experience
- Your own professional tools
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- The ability to produce quality work efficiently
- A willingness to follow established inspection, documentation and repair processes
- Pride in completing repairs correctly the first time
