Responsibilities

- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Maintain organized stock levels on the sales floor and assist with inventory management.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Supervise and train new staff members as needed to ensure high standards of service.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing to attract customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- A proactive attitude towards upselling and meeting sales goals.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Attention to detail in maintaining stock levels and store presentation.
