About the Position
We are currently hiring an EMDR Trained Therapist to join our Women’s Trauma-Focused Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This role is ideal for therapists who are passionate about group-based care and interested in supporting adult women navigating complex trauma, PTSD, dissociation, and other mental health challenges.
In this role, you'll facilitate trauma-focused group therapy sessions for adult women (18+) three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.). You'll also provide individual trauma-informed and EMDR therapy sessions one day per week for each group member, with sessions typically occurring on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This role is designed to be an all-encompassing position including intensive group therapy, outpatient individual therapy, and consultations.
Consultation Responsibilities
- Maintain availability to complete three IOP-related consultations per week
- Participate in additional consultation services as appropriate
Additional Clinical Responsibilities
- Licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) will maintain a small outpatient caseload of approximately ten sessions per week.
- Provide coverage for IOP/PHP groups in your given radius.
What You Will Bring
- Completion of a Basic EMDR Training Program (EMDRIA-approved preferred)
- Experience facilitating groups and integrating evidence-based treatment approaches into care.
- Working knowledge of treatment planning, progress notes, clinical documentation, and related recordkeeping requirements.
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related mental health field.
- Current mental health license or active pursuit of licensure past Master's degree
