Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing Facility
As an RN, you’ll play a vital role in providing quality care to our residents and ensuring their physical and emotional well-being in a supportive, team-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and report significant changes to the physician and care team
- Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Document all care provided and ensure timely, accurate chartingCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and services
- Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions
- Educate residents and families on health care needs and treatment plans
Qualifications:
Pay: $45.00 per hour
