Brick Manufacturing Production Positions (Operator / Mixer / Setter)
Work Site: Denton, TX
Compensation: $20 per hour
Shift Details: Monday through Friday, 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with additional overtime hours as necessary.
Our team is seeking energetic professionals to fill various production roles within our brick manufacturing facility. These positions involve active, manual labor in a high-speed industrial setting. Core Responsibilities:

Oversee and track the performance of brick production equipment

Manage the lifting of heavy items
-
Combine sand, slurry, and other components based on precise formulas

Handle and position materials used in brick fabrication

Ensure product standards by conducting regular quality inspections

Safely navigate forklifts in designated positions

Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team

Execute physically demanding tasks and heavy lifting during your shift
Candidate Qualifications:

Demonstrated mechanical proficiency

Capacity to handle heavy lifting and strenuous physical activity

Consistent and dependable attendance record
