Position Summary
As the Receptionist for Sit Now Stay, you are the central hub of our facility. This role is far more than just answering phones; you are the bridge between our clients, their dogs, and our training staff. You will manage high-volume communications, ensure seamless facility flow, and maintain the administrative accuracy that allows our trainers to focus on what they do best.
Career Commitment: This position is designed for an individual who is passionate about entering the animal welfare space and plans to stay and grow with our company well beyond this summer. Please note: This is a permanent, long-term opportunity. It is not an internship, short-term contract, or seasonal summer position.
Note: Proficiency in Gingr (dog management software) or a high level of tech-savviness to master it quickly is a giant plus.
