Operations Support (Seasonal Full-Time)
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $18–$21 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Seasonal
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support team member to join our Columbus location. This seasonal full-time role plays a key part in supporting daily branch operations, providing administrative support to the Planner, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with tracking, monitoring, and organizing inbound and outbound paperwork
- Audit documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance standards
- Support dispatch operations (weighing trucks, monitoring fuel, assisting with container moves)
- Act as a liaison between operations and billing to ensure accurate documentation
- Manage branch cash receipts and assist with deposits and reporting
- Maintain inventory of operational and sales forms and order supplies as needed
- Assist with new hire onboarding and maintain HR documentation files
- Serve as point of contact for inbound freight shipments and coordinate with warehouse teams
- Communicate operational issues or discrepancies to leadership in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive working relationships
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
- Customer service mindset with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
