ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job, an individual must perform essential functions satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation; including, but not limited to:
- Regulates and maintains the MDS/PPS program and completion schedule
- Develops and coordinates appropriate nursing care plan from MDS/RUG category
- Analyzes assessment data independently for complex patient problems and identifies early subtle changes that formulate RUG categories and affect patient care
- Evaluates effectiveness of nursing care plans, and updates MDS/RAI process with completion guidelines
- Provide care to patients including administration of treatments, medications, social and emotional support
Required Work Experience:
- Two (2) years’ or more experience required
Licensing/Certification/Education Requirements:
- Completion of a Registered Nursing (RN) Program
- Current State of Tennessee Registered Nursing (RN) License
Other Requirements:
- Position may require unscheduled overtime, week-end work
