We are a seasonal, small pool company that has been designing, building, and servicing pools for nearly 50 years.
We are currently looking for an experienced Bookeeper/Accountant to join our management team. This is a key position within the company that will be required to collaborate and work with all of our department heads.
About the Job:
We are searching for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment and is looking to join our work family for the long term. You will not only maintain the accounting and bookkeeping for the company, but also be customer facing with our construction customers who's pools are being built as well as our service customers who's pools are maintained on a regular basis.
This is an hourly position with the opportunity for overtime. There will be a 30 day and a 90 day review period upon hiring with an assessment meeting following and the potential for a raise at that time.

Responsibilities Include:
- Managing ALL aspects of Accounts Payable and Receivables,
- Company Cash Flow Reports & Projection
- Financial Reports & Monthly reporting such as P&L Statements
- Credit Card Processing
- Bank Reconciliation and Accounts Management
- Contract Draw Tracking & Collection
- Bill Collecting
- Money Management
- And more as necessary
Required Skills/Experience:
- Associates OR Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, closely related field with a minimum 5 years equivalent work experience.
- Advanced knowledge and skill with: Quickbooks, Reporting/Analysis, Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis in Excel
- Credit Card/Batch Processing
- Exceptional communication skills: listening, written/typing, verbal, and interpersonal
- Exceptional punctuality, organizational skills/multitasking and capable of self management
- Experience with paperless invoicing/related systems is a plus but not required
- Experience with eSignature platforms is a plus but not required
