Job Title: Concrete Wall Specialist (Poured Walls)
Location: Pontiac, MI
Pay Rate: $25 – $28 per hour + benefits (based on experience)

Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced Concrete Wall Specialists with strong expertise in poured (cast-in-place) concrete walls. Candidates must have hands-on experience with formwork, pouring, and finishing concrete wall systems in residential or commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and strip formwork for poured concrete walls
- Pour and finish concrete to meet structural and quality standards
- Read and interpret blueprints and layout plans
- Ensure proper alignment, bracing, and reinforcement placement
- Work with rebar, ties, and wall systems
- Maintain safety standards on-site
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project timelines
Requirements:
- Proven experience with poured concrete walls (foundation or structural walls)
- Strong knowledge of formwork systems (wood, panel, or aluminum forms)
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work
- Reliable and team-oriented
Nice to Have:
- Experience in residential basement walls or commercial wall systems
- OSHA certification
- Experience with Symons, Doka, or similar forming systems
