We are now seeking a General Manager/Executive Director to lead our vibrant Senior Living community at Fairwinds Brighton Court!
As the General Manager, you will lead and inspire a hospitality-driven senior living community where residents feel seen, valued, and supported every day. You will foster a positive, engaging culture for both residents and employees, creating an environment where people can thrive, build meaningful connections, and enjoy a high quality of life.
Guided by Leisure Care's core values—we care for people, we do the right thing, we have fun, and we get the job done—you will provide strategic and operational leadership across all community departments. You will build strong teams, promote accountability and collaboration, drive operational and financial performance, and ensure exceptional resident experiences. Through your leadership, you will create a community culture centered on service excellence, meaningful relationships, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide leadership and direction to all departments and staff
- Build and maintain a positive, service-driven community culture
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
- Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and drive results
- Lead sales and marketing efforts to achieve occupancy goals
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent
- Oversee maintenance and operations to ensure high-quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Senior living or hospitality leadership experience required
- ALF license required
- 3+ years of progressive management experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and people leadership skills
- Administrator’s License preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple departments and priorities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Must have ability to support community as needed, including occasional weekends and after hours if needed

Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
