Shipping Operations Assistant - Manufacturing

Infinity Sun is an established beauty manufacturing company specializing in professional spray tanning equipment, sunless tanning solutions, skincare, and beauty products sold throughout the United States and internationally.
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping, Inventory & Operations Assistant to help keep our warehouse, production, and shipping operations running smoothly.
This is a hands-on position for someone who works quickly and efficiently, enjoys staying organized, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to play an important role in a growing company.
Responsibilities
Shipping & Order Fulfillment
- Print packing slips
- Create shipping labels (Fedex & USPS)
- Pull, pack, and prepare customer orders
- Create domestic and international shipments
- Prepare shipments for Amazon fulfillment centers
- Verify order accuracy before shipment
- Coordinate outgoing shipments with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers
Production & Manufacturing Support
- Fill bottles and containers
- Apply labels and package finished products
- Assemble product kits and starter packages
- Assist with light manufacturing and production activities
- Support preparation for trade shows and special events
Inventory Management
- Receive and organize incoming ingredients/parts/supplies
- Maintain inventory levels and storage areas
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Monitor stock levels and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Help maintain an organized warehouse environment
Warehouse & Facility Organization
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and office
- Assist with general facility upkeep and housekeeping
- Support an efficient and safe working environment

- Inventory is organized and accounted for
- Products are filled, labeled, and packaged correctly
- Supplies are restocked before shortages occur
- The warehouse remains clean, efficient, and professional

Qualifications
Required
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and stay focused
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation
Preferred
- Shipping and fulfillment experience
- Inventory management experience
- Warehouse or manufacturing experience
- Experience with UPS, FedEx, USPS, ShipStation, Shopify, or similar systems
- Experience working in a small business environment
