RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with setup and breakdown for pop-up operations
- Prepare and cook menu items on the grill with consistency and accuracy
- Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation standards to ensure proper food handling and storage
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal service efficiently. Contribute to a strong team environment
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn on the job
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or the food industry is REQUIRED
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. VALID Food Handler Certification is REQUIRED
- MUST be able to lift 50+lbs
- Reliable Transportation (preferred)
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
