Loan Administration Officer

Harmony Bank is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Loan Administration Officer to help support our lending team and ensure our loan files are accurate, complete, and compliant.

What You'll Do
As a Loan Administration Officer, you'll play an important role in managing the loan process from documentation through servicing. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing loan documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Making sure required collateral, insurance, title work, and supporting documents are in place before funding
- Monitoring and clearing documentation and collateral exceptions
- Working with lenders, borrowers, attorneys, and title companies to resolve outstanding items
- Supporting post-closing reviews and quality control processes
- Ensuring loans meet regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Assisting with audits, examinations, and compliance reviews
- Reviewing loan system data for accuracy
- Supporting collateral perfection activities, including UCC filings and lien recordings
- Preparing reports related to loan documentation, exceptions, and compliance
- Serving as a resource for lending and loan support staff
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in loan administration, loan operations, credit administration, loan documentation, or a related banking role
- Strong understanding of commercial, consumer, and real estate lending
- Knowledge of loan documentation, collateral perfection, and banking regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking/loan systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Community banking experience
- Experience reviewing commercial and real estate loan documentation
