Sierra Lawn Co LLC is a growing lawn care company serving Reno and Sparks, NV. We're looking for flexible, self-motivated lawn care specialists who want real control over their schedule and workload. You decide how much you work — take on more jobs to earn more, or scale back when you need to. Either way, you're guaranteed $100 per day minimum.
Pay & Schedule
- $100/day minimum guaranteed ($500+/week)
- Weekly gas bonus on top
- Total flexibility — add more jobs to boost your pay, or lighten your route when life demands it
- Build your own schedule and work at your own pace
- Must supply your own truck to run your route
Responsibilities
- Complete lawn care jobs on your self-built schedule (mowing, edging, trimming, blowing)
- Apply basic treatments (fertilizer, weed control) as trained
- Communicate professionally with clients and flag any issues on-site
- Maintain your equipment and report problems promptly
Requirements
- Own reliable truck (required)
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable and self-motivated — you set your own pace, so follow-through matters
- Prior lawn care or landscaping experience preferred, not required — we'll train the right person
