Position Summary
As a Sales Associate at KidsUnited, your primary goal is to drive new memberships by making daily outreach calls, booking free trial classes, and converting trial participants into members. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every family has an exceptional first experience with KidsUnited while meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
This position offers hourly pay plus commission for each new sign-up, with opportunities for bonuses and advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to new leads and past inquiries
- Schedule and confirm free trial soccer classes for prospective families
- Follow up with families after their trial sessions to convert them into members
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, conversion goals, and other KPIs
- Accurately track all activity and results using the company CRM
- Provide an enthusiastic and professional first impression to parents and children
- Assist with walk-ins, facility tours, and community events
- Support weekend birthday parties or special events as needed
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience (phone-based experience preferred)
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent verbal communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with families and children
- Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
