As demand for our services grows, we’re expanding our field operations team. We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Professional Glazier to support our expert glaziers on job sites throughout the NYC area.

What You’ll Do
- Measuring, handling, and installing glass, windows, doors, storefronts, and skylights
- Cut, stage, and transport materials and tools on-site
- Provide safe installation practices
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Log materials and help document project activities
What You’ll Bring
- 5 years of experience in glass, windows, doors, shower enclosure, glass partitions, skylight, storefront installation
- Physical ability to lift glass and work on ladders or scaffolding
- Basic math and measuring ability
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
Bonus Skills
- Ability to read blueprints or sketches
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across job sites in NYC
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly wage 35-50$, depends on your experience
- Probation 3 months
- After probation, minimum of 50 hours/week guaranteed (even if workload is lower)
- Paid training and safety gear provided
- Working hours: 7–8 AM to 7–8 PM
- After 1 year: 40 hours of paid time off as a bonus
- Payments: Hours tracked in HouseCall Pro
- Weekly hour calculation and payment hold for 3 weeks. Example: Start Oct 1 → first payout Oct 21 for week 1
