NOW HIRING - FULL-TIME LANDSCAPER/ BUILDING MAINTENANCE
A townhouse community in Salt Lake (Honolulu) is seeking a reliable full-time Landscaper/Building Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Landscape maintenance (mowing, trimming, pruning, irrigation checks)
- General building upkeep and preventative maintenance
- Common area cleaning and minor repairs
- Monitoring property conditions and reporting issues
- Assisting with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior landscaping and/or property maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of tools and maintenance equipment
- Dpendendable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver's license preferred
Schedule & Benefits:
- Full-time position (Monday-Firday)
