Versona is looking for a motivated, fashion-forward leader to join our team as a Senior Assistant Manager or Manager in Training. This role is perfect for someone ready to grow into store leadership while working in a fast-paced, customer-focused boutique environment.
We’re looking for someone who can lead with confidence, inspire a team, drive results, and create a welcoming shopping experience our customers love coming back for.
What you’ll do:
- Support daily store operations and leadership
- Coach and motivate sales associates
- Help drive sales, metrics, and customer engagement
- Create visually inspiring merchandising displays
- Assist with hiring, training, and team development
- Lead by example on the sales floor
- Maintain store standards and operations excellence
- Help cultivate a positive team culture.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous retail leadership experience required
- Passion for fashion, styling, and customer service
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude with leadership potential
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Someone who is self-motivated, dependable, and growth-minded.
