Juniper Cocktails & Kitchen is looking for a dependable, hardworking Prep/Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We're a scratch kitchen focused on quality ingredients, consistency, and teamwork. Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and recipes according to restaurant standards
- Execute menu items with consistency and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
- Stock and organize kitchen stations throughout the shift
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team during service
- Assist with daily prep, cleaning, and closing duties
Qualifications
- Previous prep or line cook experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Weekend availability required
