We are currently seeking a motivated and driven AT&T Team Member to join our high-energy sales organization. As an AT&T Team Member, you will represent one of the most recognized brands in telecommunications while building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth.
As an AT&T Team Member, you will work customers through direct interactions and sales efforts. The AT&T Team Member position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy working with people, and are looking to build a long-term career in the telecommunications industry. You’ll play a hands-on role in increasing brand awareness, expanding market reach, and delivering customized sales solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Team Member:
- Engage in direct sales interactions, presenting and promoting AT&T products and services to new and existing customers
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships to support continued sales growth
- Participate in weekly AT&T Team Member team meetings to review performance, share updates, and address challenges
- Assist customers in selecting AT&T products and services that align with their needs, preferences, and usage habits
- Track sales activity, report progress, and provide insight on customer feedback and market trends
Key Requirements of the AT&T Team Member:
- Comfort and confidence conducting in-person sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customer consultations
- Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Previous AT&T Team Member experience is a plus
- Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of AT&T products, services, and promotions to deliver accurate information
- Ability to travel to various field locations with reliable transportation for sales and promotional events
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,350.00 - $2,150.00 per week
