We are hiring experienced Underground Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) Supervisors to support our growing underground utility construction operations in the Michigan.
If you have strong production experience in underground utilities and leadership skills, we want to speak with you.
Underground HDD Supervisor
$70,000 – $80,000 per year
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years experience in underground or related fields, such as:
- HDD drilling or locating
- Utility construction (fiber, telecom, gas, water, electric)
- Excavation or trenching
- Crew foreman or lead hand experience
- Strong understanding of job site safety
- Ability to lead crews and maintain production schedules
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily field operations
- Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met
- Report progress to management
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
