What You'll Do
- You'll run a full book of residential service and maintenance calls backed by a strong membership base — consistent volume, organized dispatch, and a customer relationship you own from first visit through recommendation.
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems: ACs, furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, and mini-splits
- Present IAQ solutions, accessories, and maintenance plans to homeowners — identifying the right fit for each customer's situation
- Generate equipment replacement and ductwork leads for our Comfort Specialists
- Manage your daily route and document work in ServiceTitan
- Participate in structured on-call rotation (schedule provided 2+ weeks in advance)
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years residential HVAC service experience
- Proven ability to build rapport with homeowners and drive revenue through informed recommendations
- EPA 608 Universal Certification (required)
- TDLR registration (required)
- Strong diagnostics across major brands: Carrier, Lennox, Trane, Rheem, Daikin, and Mitsubishi
- Proficient in variable-speed/inverter-driven equipment diagnostics and working knowledge of zoned systems: zone boards, damper controls, pressure balancing, and multi-zone fault isolation
- Comfortable presenting options and recommendations clearly — the ability to educate a homeowner and guide a decision is as important as the technical work
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- NATE certification a plus — not required
