Duties
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines, menus, and safety standards while maintaining high-quality food presentation.
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to prevent contamination.
- Support kitchen operations by performing food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning meals.
- Provide excellent food service in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas through regular cleaning routines and proper equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal delivery.
Skill
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Experience with cooking in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in food industry standards including knife skills, food prep, catering, and serving techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently on the 1st shift schedule with energy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and serve customers respectfully.
