Work location: 6300 W. Parker Road, Suite 322, Plano, TX 75093
Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday thru Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Travel: 75% to surrounding clinics as needed (mileage reimbursement provided)

Here’s What You Need
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
2 years Front Office Experience in a Clinic Setting (required) or
2 years Back Office Experience in a Clinic Setting (required)
Insurance Verification experience within the last 2 years (strongly preferred)
Referral Management experience (strongly preferred)
Recent Prior Authorization experience within last 2 years (preferred)
Recent Procedural Scheduling experience within last 2 years (preferred)
Bilingual in English / Spanish (preferred)
Ability to perform multiple tasks in one setting
Ability to work both independently and as a team
Effectively communicate with staff, patients, vendors and other contacts
Provide positive, professional customer service to patients, staff, and visitor
Maintain patient confidentiality while handling all patient personal health information and records
Demonstrate working knowledge of health care administration concepts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism
Be a team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
What You Will Do
Delivers care to patients utilizing the Medical Office Lead Process
Manages clinic staff on day-to-day operation.
Assists in identifying and providing guidance in resolving operational issues.
Efficiently directs patient flow throughout the clinic.
Coordinates general front office activities including, but not limited to registration, TOS collections, verification of benefits, appointment scheduling, daily billing, daily reconciliations and other related duties.
Assists the Practice Manager with ensuring appropriate staffing coverage at all times, new hire or reoccurring training processes, and with facilitating training of new hires and other training initiatives.
Provides direction and support to clinical staff as requested.
Performs other duties as assigned.
