Job Title: Flooring Installer — James River Hardwood

James River Hardwood is a locally owned flooring company serving the Springfield/Branson area specializing in hardwood, engineered hardwood, LVP, and laminate installation and refinishing. All of our work is performed in house by our own W-2 employees — no subcontracting.

What we're looking for:
- Experience operating table saws and chop saws preferred
- General carpentry or flooring experience a plus but willing to train the right person
- Reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in quality work
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work well within a team environment
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead installer with flooring installation
- Material handling and job site preparation
- Operating saws and cutting materials to spec
- Maintaining clean and professional job sites
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
