We're hiring a Front Desk Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and brings genuine warmth and professionalism to every interaction.
What you'll do:
- Be the first point of contact for patients — in person, by phone, and by email
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and patient flow with precision
- Handle confidential patient information with discretion
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Anticipate needs before they're expressed
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution required
- A people person - must genuinely enjoy interacting with people. This is a highly social position.
- Customer service experience, hospitality, luxury retail, or a patient-facing role
- The can do attitude - whatever, whenever
- Polished, poised, and calm under pressure
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Tech-savvy and highly organized
- NYC-based and available to work on-site in Manhattan five days a week
