DEPARTMENT: Highway Engineering Division
HIRING RATE: Commensurate with experience

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for designing bridge infrastructure improvement projects, serving as project manager for assigned projects, and supervising assigned staff and consultants.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent field of study
• Ability to obtain and maintain a professional engineering license
• Ability to properly operate computer aided design programs and geographic information systems software
• Excellent organizational, communication skills and a sound knowledge of office procedures and practices
• Ability to read/interpret detailed prints, sketches, layouts, specifications, and maps, and prepare de-tailed reports, such as financial statements and product feasibility
