This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who coaches from the front and pushes their team to improve every day in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light-to-moderate physical work
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions, including hot and cold environments
