What You'll Do
- Teach classroom and behind-the-wheel driver education to teens.
- Use Top Driver's curriculum and teaching materials.
- Make lessons engaging while helping students become safe, responsible drivers.
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling based on your availability.
- Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
- Most hours are after school, evenings, and weekends during the school year.
- Sunday availability is preferred.
- More daytime hours may be available during summer and school breaks.
Training
- Paid instructor training is provided.
- New instructors are fully trained before teaching independently.
- Applicants who already have an Illinois substitute teaching certificate receive abbreviated training.

Qualifications
- At least 21 years old
- Safe driving record
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Enjoy working with and teaching teenagers
- Substitute teaching certificate is preferred but not required if you're willing to obtain one
