Data Center IT Operations Technician
About the Role
We are seeking a Data Center IT Operations Technician to support daily operations in a mission-critical data center environment. This role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, equipment installation, ticket handling, and operational support while following security, safety, and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, alarm response, ticket handling, and basic troubleshooting.
- Support server and network device verification, cabling, labeling, PDUs, and asset tracking.
- Assist with rack-and-stack, OS installation, hardware replacement, patching, and cable management.
- Update tickets, operation records, and shift handovers according to SOPs/EOPs.
- Support maintenance activities, device upgrades, configuration changes, and project implementation.
- Escort vendors and contractors during on-site activities when required.
Qualifications
- 0–1+ years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, NOC, Field Support, hardware, network, or system support.
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux Server, TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, VLAN/VPN, switches, routers, firewalls, fiber optics, and structured cabling.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, GLPI, SOP/EOP, or SLA processes is a plus.
- Ability to communicate operational updates and escalations in English; Chinese is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site, in shifts, and in emergency response situations.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,066.00 per month
