DellTax Insurance is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-office position with flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities to earn commissions and performance bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with auto, homeowners, renters, commercial, and other property and casualty insurance products
- Provide insurance quotes and explain coverage options
- Develop new customer relationships and follow up with prospective clients
- Review existing policies and recommend appropriate coverage
- Process applications, policy changes, renewals, and customer requests
- Maintain accurate client records
- Deliver professional and friendly customer service
- Meet individual and agency sales goals
Qualifications:
- Active Virginia Property and Casualty Insurance license
- Previous insurance sales or customer-service experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional, dependable, and organized
- Comfortable speaking with prospective and existing customers
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer and office software skills
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
