In our Direct Primary Care model, you will care for a defined patient panel, allowing you to truly know your patients and stay current in your work, while practicing meaningful, relationship-based medicine.
The Role
We are seeking a Part-Time Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician (MD or DO) licensed in Missouri to join our Columbia clinic.
· Maintain and care for a defined panel of approximately 400 patients
· Provide accessible, high-quality care in a membership-based, insurance-free environment
· Work with our team to help grow your patient panel over time
Our clinic is a well-established, membership-based (insurance-free) primary care clinic that offers a positive and comfortable work environment.
What You’ll Do
· Maintain and manage your patient panel
· Deliver comprehensive, relationship-based primary care
· Maintain timely documentation, communication, and follow-up
· Work collaboratively with the team to support patient experience and continuity of care
What We’re Looking For
· Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician (MD or DO)
· Active Missouri license
· Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
· Committed to patient-centered, relationship-based care
· Values consistency and alignment in how care is provided
· Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term relationships with patients and colleagues
Schedule & Compensation
· Monday - Friday, Flexible Schedule
· Split coverage for evening and weekend call
· Pay: Base salary starting at $85,000
· Compensation increases coincide with patient panel growth
