Job Summary:

Duties:

- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using the POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and bartender to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a Server in a restaurant or similar setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu items
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
