GRO Enrichment, a growing microschool in Fort Smith, is seeking passionate educators to teach one core subject area to students in Kindergarten through 6th grade.
Open Positions
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday
- 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 20 hours per week or more
- Fridays off (optional)
Students will rotate through subjects throughout the day, allowing teachers to focus on their area of expertise while working with small groups of students across grade levels. You stay in your classroom and each grade level rotates to you.
Qualifications
- Teaching degree highly preferred
- Must be able to write lesson plans
- CPR certification required
- Strong knowledge of your subject area
- Ability to engage students in a positive learning environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Teaching/Tutoring opportunities available on Fridays if desired
Compensation
Pay is based on current student enrollment ($15-$25 an hour). Max class size: 15
