Full-Time Medication Aide

We’re hiring! Sentinel of Mohegan Lake is seeking a full-time Medication Aide to join our team. The Medication Aide is responsible for administering medications as prescribed and supporting the overall health, safety, and well-being of our residents.
Administer prescribed medications accurately and in accordance with physician orders
Maintain proper documentation and medication records
Monitor and manage medication inventory
Coordinate with pharmacies to ensure timely and accurate medication delivery
Observe residents for any changes and report concerns to the appropriate staff
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
Follow all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
High school diploma or equivalent required
Medication administration experience preferred (but not required)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Compassionate, patient-focused approach
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Paid, on-the-job training
