Mammography / Radiology Scheduler

At Image One, we provide high-quality imaging services with care, professionalism, and accuracy. We are seeking a detail-oriented Mammography / Radiology Scheduler to coordinate patient appointments and support our breast imaging department.
Primary Responsibilities
- Schedule screening and diagnostic mammograms, breast ultrasounds, biopsies, and other imaging appointments.
- Manage callbacks, follow-up appointments, rescheduling, and patient confirmations.
- Review orders and ensure patients are scheduled for the correct exam.
- Provide patients with appointment details and preparation instructions.
- Request prior imaging and upload records into patient files.
- Coordinate with referring physician offices, technologists, and radiologists.
- Assist with biopsy and procedure scheduling.
- Maintain accurate patient and scheduling information.
- Provide professional and compassionate customer service to patients.
Qualifications
- Previous medical, radiology, or mammography scheduling experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, phone, and customer service skills.
- Experience with radiology or medical scheduling systems preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
