You may work in heat, cold, mud, dust, and physically demanding conditions.
That is construction.
You’re a Fit If You:
- Show up on time and ready to work

- Work fast without getting sloppy
- Respect tools, trucks, equipment, and coworkers
- Take correction and keep moving
- Can work without constant supervision
- Want to learn concrete, demolition, excavation, and site work
You’re NOT a Fit If You:
- Are always late or full of excuses
- Need to be told every move
- Stand around when a task is finished
- Rush work and create mistakes
- Bring drama, drugs, or a bad attitude
What You’ll Do
- Concrete prep, forming, rebar, placement, and cleanup
- Demolition and debris removal
- Shoveling, grading, compacting, and site cleanup
- Loading tools and materials
- Assisting equipment operators
- Keeping jobsites clean and safe
Requirements
- Reliable Transportation
- Valid Driver’s License
- Able to lift 75-100 pounds
- Able to work outside in changing weather
- Construction experience a must!
Pay is based on experience, reliability, work pace, and quality.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
