**Overview:**
The pay range is $16-$17 per hour PLUS tips.
We seek a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience.
**Duties:**
- Greet guests with a welcoming smile and escort them to their tables
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Provide menus and assist with any initial inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and assist callers with inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness of the public restrooms
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong guest service orientation
- Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus
- Ability to build positive guest relations
