As an AT&T Sales Team Member you will interact with customers face-to-face and educate them about service and product offerings as well as their benefits. The AT&T Sales Team Member will play a significant role in building customer loyalty and long term relationships with customers.
What you will be doing as an AT&T Sales Team Member:
- Guide and explain to customers in person the benefits and features of AT&T offerings.
- Engage and answer questions customers may have about the services.
- Walk customers through service options as well as their features helping them feel confident in their choices.
- Stand for and represent the brand in a positive and professional way
- Engage in continuous AT&T Sales Team member training sessions in order to stay updated and recommend aligned services to customers
- Work with associate AT&T Sales Team Members in order to enhance customer experience techniques and sales strategies
- Utilize the CRM system to update customer information, enrollments and sales.
What you have as an AT&T Sales Team Member:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in customer support or sales would be a plus but is not mandatory
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts
- Willingness to grow and learn
- Problem solving skill
AT&T Sales Team Member Compensation & Job Details:
- Position Type: This is a full-time employee position.
- Earnings: An average of $175-$200 per new customer enrolled. Typical Entry Level Sales Associates enroll 1-2 new customers per day. Please note: This is a commission-only position with a base salary.
- Clients & Products: We are a proud partner of AT&T’s sales division, promoting and enrolling new local customers for AT&T Internet and Wireless services.
- Schedule: Monday-Saturday (Approx. 40-50 hrs/week).
- Job Location: Orlando Office
