- Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality systems that support consistent product quality and operational efficiency.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to quality metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for process enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop corrective action plans and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all quality control activities, audit reports, inspection records, and non-conformance reports.
- Support ongoing training initiatives to promote a culture of quality awareness and adherence among staff.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles, systems, and standards such as ISO or similar frameworks.
- Skilled in conducting thorough quality audits and inspections with attention to detail.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets for actionable insights.
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, manufacturing processes, and quality systems implementation.
- Effective communication skills for documenting findings and collaborating with team members at all levels.
