About the Role
As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will serve as the primary bridge between complex engineering solutions and client requirements. You will leverage your technical expertise to drive revenue growth by providing consultative support and tailored product configurations to our diverse customer base.
Responsibilities-
Drive sales performance by providing deep technical product knowledge to prospective clients throughout the procurement cycle.

Translate complex customer specifications into actionable engineering requirements to ensure seamless project delivery.

Cultivate long-term client relationships by serving as a trusted technical advisor and subject matter expert.

Optimize the sales pipeline by conducting detailed product demonstrations and technical presentations.

Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to refine product offerings based on market feedback and client needs.

Manage the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring all technical documentation and quotes are accurate and competitive.
Qualifications-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

Proven experience in technical sales, pre-sales engineering, or a similar customer-facing role.

Strong proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and product specifications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience utilizing CRM software to track sales activities and manage client accounts.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed aggressive sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
