$70,000 - $90,000 + overtime (Dependent on Experience)
We're currently partnering with a leading mechanical services organization to identify experienced Industrial HVAC Technicians for a critical role supporting complex commercial and industrial facilities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HVAC professional who enjoys troubleshooting large-scale mechanical systems, working on advanced equipment, and being part of a highly trained team responsible for maintaining reliable building operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial and commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical HVAC issues
- Work on large-scale equipment including chillers, boilers, air handlers, pumps, rooftop units, and related systems
- Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and efficiency
- Troubleshoot HVAC controls and building automation systems
- Respond to service requests and complete repairs safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and equipment conditions
- Collaborate with other skilled trades and facility professionals
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Experience working with large mechanical systems
- Knowledge of HVAC controls, electrical components, and system operations
- EPA Universal Certification preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
