The UPS Store in looking for motivated associates.
We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and the desire to grow with the company will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate shipping, and mail services
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure retail unit is fully stocked
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
- Previous experience at a FedEx Office or The UPS Store preferred
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Basic cash handling skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekend availability
- High school degree
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Ability to Relocate:
- San Clemente, CA 92672: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
