At Accredible Services, our core business philosophy is to build a loyal client base through affordable prices and consistent top quality services. This job requires a good bit of flexibility and the ability to adapt. For this position, you will be responsible for communicating with clients regarding their concerns and needs, issue properly train and supervise a team of cleaners, clean businesses and maintain our quality bar at any location we service. The schedule for this position is is roughly 3pm to 11pm Monday through Friday. We value our team highly, as they are the backbone of our entire business. As such, there are a plethora of opportunities for career advancement as we expand as a company.
Responsibilities:
- Guide a small team to better service our clients.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Dust furniture and fixtures.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Disinfect bathrooms and kitchen areas.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stored properly.
- Ensure the quality standards of the company are upheld.
- Document employee infractions
- Training New Staff
- Etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
